The HBsAb ELISA Test Kit is a qualitative detection of antibody to Hepatitis B virus surface antigen in human serum/plasma, which is based on Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent method. The reagent is suitable for clinical screening and diagnosis of antibody to hepatitis B virus infection in human serum/plasma.
This kit uses double antigen ELISA principle. HBsAg is pre-coated on the microplate, the HBsAb in sample will combine with HBsAg first, then combine with enzyme-labeled HBsAg complex, and shows blue color in the microplate. This kit is used for the specific detection of hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb) in human serum/plasma.
